Thor Capital Holdings LLC is the real estate arm of the over arching holding company that finances real estate housing, scholarships, intellectual capital, music and creative arts and private equity investing for the betterment of humanity. Too often, worthy not for profit ventures go begging ‘hat in hand’ looking for funds for their worthy projects. Therefore our purpose is to fund our own and other worthy projects and development team to be in full control of the results of our vision.

MY BIO

Kevin O. Pritchett (often referred to by our team as ‘KP” is a ‘one of a kind’ renaissance man who has degrees in Theology, Law; studied Medicine, Business, Sacred Choral Music, Jazz and Classical Piano, Real Estate Finance, Development , Corporate Finance and Not For Profit Management. He lives by the motto ‘No matter how lovely the box, there’s ALWAYS more room outside it; and that EVERY problem can be solved if you refuse to limit yourself to the limits of the problem itself.”

He is an authority in Real Estate Acquisitions, Real Estate Law and a burgeoning Jazz Piano Master as well, as well as the leading force behind Thor Capital Holdings LLC We Buy Houses Fast all across the United States. He refuses to be called a CEO, owner, boss, or leader, although he is the brains behind this organization and effort. He refers to his position in the company as “the Minion”, and rightfully so. He is the supporter, the one whose job simply is to provide anything and everything his team needs to excel and succeed!

Kevin has degrees from the University of Notre Dame (Theology) University of California Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law (Law Juris Doctor); Studied Medicine for 1 year at University of Michigan School of Medicine; created his first 7 figure business at age 36; studies and performs jazz piano, sacred choral music, composes, arranges and performs classical, jazz and other forms of creative art; is a 7 time marathon finisher, triathlete and distance cyclist completing 8 500 mile week long bike rides. Kevin’s greatest joy is to play piano and perform with others. He’s currently in development of a music performance streaming show called ‘Kevin and Friends.
